Refund Policy

At Time-Honored Treats Tallow, we take great pride in crafting small-batch, handmade skincare products using pure, natural ingredients. Because of the personal nature of skincare, we have the following policy in place to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

Opened & Used Products Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about ingredients or whether a product is right for you.

Unopened Products Unopened items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@timehonoredtreatstallow.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return Please email us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
